| Good to know | A paid morning class on the Red Grove Deck: about an hour of guided movement and breathing with the Garden's yoga teacher, then a journaling session with tea. The Garden says it is open to all and beginners are very welcome. Arrive 15 minutes early; there is a short uphill walk. Bring your own journal if you have one; a yoga mat is provided if needed. |
