Rightmost lane closed on Lebuh Raya Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu near Gat Lebuh Cecil, 1 October 2026 to 31 August 2029

The notice says the rightmost lane of Lebuh Raya Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu is closed in both directions from Gat Lebuh Cecil to Gat Lebuh Noordin, 24 hours a day, from 1 October 2026 to 31 August 2029 (1,065 days), for piling and related construction work on the Penang LRT Mutiara Line. The rightmost lane at the Gat Lebuh Cecil junction is also closed in both directions; the notice says drivers can use the open rightmost lane to turn right into Gat Lebuh Cecil. Other lanes stay open.
