This is a very Christmasy-looking Kek Lok Si Temple. Is the Temple open to the public at night?

Phoebe, the temple is closed at night but many people go and sit in the car park to enjoy the view of George Town and also the breeze. The temple is all lighted up only during the first 15 days of Chinese New Year. I took this pic at 6 am from the car park on the first day of Chinese New Year.
