Hello Maurice Millier,

Based on 2013 calendar, next year's Thaipusam will be on the 27th of January. I have not witnessed this religious gathering in Penang, but from all the spectacular pics. captured by Kayes, we get to see and experience how this 'out of this world' rich culture and deep tradition is celebrated. Thanks Kayes for his wonderful efforts. It's indeed a challenge to walk and click under the blazing sun as most of the access road are blocked. Kudos to Kayes!

No problem, Kayes. Smile Calendars and dairies for 2013 are already out in the market. They are very useful for those who want to plan early but calenders with school holidays print on are usually available towards end of the year.
