Whenever I order roti canai, I normally request for those on the hot flat kuali. The usual reply from the Mamak is: "Semua pun baru (every piece is freshly cooked) and starts to reach for those roti canai which are piled up on the tray. But when I threaten to cancel the order, Mamak gives in. Hahaha!


Love to eat roti canai with sambal belacan. A friend of mine eats roti canai with light soya sauce!
