Another boutique hotel? How do we define boutique hotel? This hotel with an international name has a very sweet typeface for its signage.
Wondering what is the room rate for the "Room No. 998"?

I think if a hotel charges above 5-star hotel rates, then it qualifies to be a "boutique hotel". Victoria Inn is a budget hotel and I suppose it got its name from Victoria Street along which it is situated.

Kayes, is there another hotel with the same name in Penang? Their homepage stated that :"It is a new cosy and contemporary boutique hotel in the heart of ....." and there is another paragraph: "Our rooms ranging from Dorm, Twin, Double to Suite are decorated in modern lines." Wondering what is the ceiling rate for 5-star hotel?
