Just a desk and an old typewriter but the petition writer is a popular tourist attraction. At one time these petition writers were being chased away as it was claimed that they clutter up the entrances to Government offices like the Immigration Office in Beach Street, Penang. These people make an honest living and a little obstruction causes no harm to anyone. More important their services are still in demand. Filling forms is not everyone's cup of tea.

This petition writer's BM must be very Keng and his customer must be a foreigner! This type of service attracts Kwai Loh and one of them is seen clicking away.
