Kayes, the first picture is postcard-perfect! It features a sunny blue sky over the new and the old (as in high-rise structures pitched against the more traditional houses and old sheds), a mountain for a beautiful backdrop, and the tranquil sea with boats and sampans by the jetty. Is that a temple on the far right of the picture?

hi Phoebe, sorry I missed your question. Yes, it is a temple on the far right. That temple celebrates the Kow Wong Yea's departure in a big way.
