Rio Hotel and Kedai Kopi ..... Hotel above coffee shop and after all these years?! WOW!!
Let's spot the differences between the 1st and 2nd pic.: 
1. The signage on the bamboo chick blinds has faded due to the weather.
2. At the back of Rio Hotel is now LG (used to be Samsung - notice the red house colour of SAMSUNG instead of blue)
3. Plants at the balcony are getting fewer now.
4. On the 2nd pic., there is a new UOB signboard placed in front of the rooftop water tank.
5. Malaysian flag and flag of Penang can be seen on the 2nd pic.
6. A new air-con. condenser is added onto the front wall, nearer to UOB.
Other than these, the building looks pretty much the same!!
