Hi Kaye,
Thanks so much for the reply. My Mum and Dad are concerned with my travel plans to Penang, they are worried about the reports here in Australia. Can you tell me if all the water and ecelctricity are in tact. As the news tells us there is a concern for food and water contamination and a spread of diesease. Should we defer our trip to a later date? Am so upset by the news, Thank God two of best friends were in Phuket and returned from there on Sat, there resort is now gone so there are some very lucky people there. so is the Mutaria a nicer hotel where you can catch cabs to town or is the Golden sands of the same standard? Your pics are fantastic.
