do remember to transfer ownership straight away. As long as the engine number and chassis numbers match, you could tow the car to JPJ and fill in form B4 and just tell them you would want to transfer ownership first since you are rebuilding the car. Once you have done the restoration process, you would then have to go through Puspakom test 2nd time for Roadtax since they would test the road worthiness of the vehicle.
