i'm suprised that this thread generated such a reply. its definitely rare for me to come across a borgward and since its right hand drive, i think thats what makes it rare, since the original car was designed in germany for the left hand drive. i think 50k is a fair price to pay for its originality and condition, as long as the car functions. there is no said fair value on the car. the only guide we can follow is the one on the magazines. but anyways, ive read this article a month ago and i realised, that, tunku adnan on the said article approached the jpj in creating the framework for classic car road tax. hopefully by contacting tunku, we might have a movement going so older cars like this can be saved. the contact number to the secretary as in the article http://cbt.com.my/091219/royal-classics-i-city hopefully this helps gotta love to save a bunch of these cars. its kinda like stray dogs put in cage and about to be put into deep sleep, how depressing!
