... that my statement could have been taken as belittling someone, but I was just stating a fact, it was a non-malicious rather emotional tainted statement borne by the fact that I indeed encountered many sellers quoting me prices which were quite obscene. I did find my dream Alfa, a 105 series, one with a badly corroded hood & trunk (I was not allowed to jack the car to check the undercarriage, however I suspect as bad), missing all the external trims, internal all removed and torn and the car doesnt even come with a grant. The price - a cool RM20k! I am still hoping to one day get my hands on it, but might take me a year or two before popping the Q again if it is still not sold by then. Other experiences? A 45k 6 series with a blown engine. To answer your question, RM1 too would not be reasonable as it is also within my arguement of being 'too imaginative' this time from the seller's side ;)
