let say i would like to race my car in sepang:

1. would i have to be registered to any classic car club 1st?
2. how much safety modification to my car to make it eligable to race?
3. do i need racing license? any forms need to fill b4 entering?
4. how much money do they charge racers to participate?
5. do i need a working crew to support me?

really have this dream to race in sepang... considering finding the right shell to race... ford escort maybe??
